At Utilix, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Unlike traditional cloud converters and tool websites that permanently store your sensitive files, documents, and calculation parameters, Utilix is engineered with a strict Zero-Storage Architecture.

When you use our PDF, image, text, calculation, or conversion utilities, your files are processed in ephemeral server memory or directly inside your browser. Temporary processing artifacts are automatically destroyed immediately following execution or within a hard maximum of 30 minutes.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not inspect, sell, or permanently store uploaded PDF documents, images, or files.
• We do not log financial inputs (such as loan amounts, salary, or tax data).
• We do not record passwords, Wi-Fi credentials, or private contact details encoded in QR codes.
• We do not require user registration or credit card details to access public utilities.

3. Operational Logs & Analytics

To prevent malicious abuse (such as denial-of-service attacks or decompression bombs) and ensure high uptime across our server cluster, we record anonymized operational metrics. These logs contain only tool identifiers, execution timestamps, processing durations, and masked session hashes without personally identifiable information (PII).

4. Third-Party Advertising & Cookies

We may partner with third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdSense, to serve relevant advertisements that keep our platform 100% free forever. Third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our website or other websites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
